Tomas Rajlich
For this small catalogue, the artist asked us two things: a minimal look, and the proportions of his paintings to be kept. Raijlich’s paintings are rather big, so we thought it was a rather misleading representation of his work to show it in ‘stamp size’. For that reason, we designed spreads that hold a full view of a painting or drawing, represented in proportional relation to the other artworks in the exhibition, alongside a detail of the painting reproduced in real size.
